my problem is when the menue go´s down the menue is under the select field.

klick to "CLUBMITGLIED WERDEN " and then you must scroll to the selectmenue and now you must go with the mouse to "Tauschmöglichkeiten"--then you see the error!

Form elements (and flash movies etc.) are 'active content' and will be displayed on top of everything else in most (if not all) browsers.

So there's really not that much that can be done about this issue, except rethinking your design.
