pop up window hangs

I´m having a problem with this extension.The pop up window hangs when open. This happens even wich list type i choose.
I have to restart the server to resolv the problem. Otherwise i can not update the html editor.
Is there an answer on this? I´m beginning to wonder if it is worth the money i spend on it?

So many people here that i know can help me with my problem, but are you all really so bussy.
I take the issue again.
I have inserted the advanced Html Editor. I checked the Active image gallery.
The permissions on the folder are correct. IUSR and ASP.net as well as Guest are read/write.
I open the pake in my browser, and chooses image from gallery. THERE, it hangs. I have to reszet the IIS for the ability to update the browser window.
I want some reply this time. It is not the first time that someone gets ignored here at the suport.
Or else we can talk about how to repay me for this extension.

im using 1.02 and the file upload works but the gallery hangs and then the file upload hangs and yes a resart is required.
I can confirm that the permissions are set correctly.
A fix or workaround for this would be excellent. - sooner the better too <img src=../images/dmxzone/forum/icon_smile_wink.gif border=0 align=middle>
