Hi, I'm new here, I am a near Neanderthal when it comes to understanding the tech side of computer life. However, I need some help...if someone would be kind enough to answer my question; I have had XP just installed, home version, but I keep getting "runtime error" and having to close files, it is an intermittent fault admittedly, but it happens enough to piss me off! A computer guy told me to get Fireworks, he said my Microsoft Works Suite 2002 is having conflict problems with XP...hence getting Fireworks....is he right? What do I do? HELP ME PLEEEEEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just download the free Fireworks trial on Macromedia's site. Try and see if you like.
