sharpen photos in the Fireworks Action Script

I assume this plug in uses some action in Fireworks. It would be nice to add "sharpen image" to the action as it resizes. I currently have to go in and import all the images into Fireworks and sharpen them. It would save time if there was an option to sharpen them or not from the command window. Replies

I also noticed a slight blurring of the photos...is there a specific file format we should be using prior to the fireworks action script that would cut down on this? PNG, PSD, JPEG, GIF??? Thanks!

Well currently we only resize the images and save them as Jpegs.
No quality is changed and images are not improved.
Image improvement like sharpen or brightenes is very much image dependend and can not be done automatically for all images ...
