made a slideshow in dreamweaver using the ASS extension. after that I put the slideshow.swf in the ppt presentation and the xml file in the same directory as the ppt. . made the jpg's about 130 % of the flash size . everything works fine exept that ocasionally in the "panning" effects it seems that it pans from outside the jpg. there is a white border either on the top or the bottom of the picture which is filled up with the next effect . this doesnot happen in the html file. tried different jpg sizes already but to no effect.anybody any ideas ?

thanks george, as it seems right now that's the solution. if you insert a swf in powerpoint as instructed in the nikky cade article (www.dmxzone.com/showDetail.asp?TypeId=28&NewsId=10877) you can drag the "swf-box" to any dimension you like. in the propertiesbox which appears when inserting a swf you have to fill in the "height"and "width" variables with the same values as when creating the ASS show. this mentioned in the article >>The size of the box can be resized according to taste but it is best to keep it to a similar size as specified in Dreamweaver<<
Scale (in the same propertiesbox) is set to ExactFit.
it solved my panning problem
