Is there any way of integrating Advanced HTML Editor 2 with Advanced Layer Popup so that popup windows such as image insertion are pop-up layers rather than windows and therefore no blocked by some browser settings and decorated with toolbars (firefox2)

Unfortunately at this point, Advanced HTML Editor 2 does not provide this kind of functionality.
The only way to implement it is to manually change the files of Advanced HTML Editor and add it by yourself.
