can someone tell me how to make a scroll bar thats only connected to the index? like mmm idk how to explain it. like its oly onnected with the menu bar n if u visit asite it stays as it is.
do you get me? lol i bet not

have any of you played online based text game? like a mafia one? if u have u would understand what im coming from ^.^

I have a pop up in which i need to allow only the vertical scroll bar to appear. I've tried using scrollbars=no with the window.open method but that removes both scroll bars.
