Would be extremely convenient to have a toolbar icon that allows the user to add a named Anchor.
The link dialog could be modified to accomodate and show a list of available anchors to link to.
I've been getting requests from my clients to allow them to add Anchors and links to those but cannot offer it using Advanced HTML editor.
