I was wondering where my onClick code is going wrong??

I have tested this on another image element on the same page and it works fine although when I put the reference in the image gallery it does not seem to respond to onClick.

onClick="href=image.jpg'; title=Javascript Title'; rel='lightbox' return false;"

Any help would be apreciated as it seems to have eaten up a bit of time
