Using Spry Action with Collapsible panel

Hi GeorgeI just used your new Spry Action with a tabbed panel - worked beautifully! So I decide to try it with a collapsible panel.
It works fine if you add a close panel behavior for the preceeding image but if you randomly open a image in the CSS slde show, any other panel remains open if you do not open new images in order.
Is there a way for the behavior to close ANY open panel when an image is displayed or do you have to add a close panel behavior for each panel (which can get quite long!)
