Robert,
Where do you click print? Do you use the print-button in your browser?
Kind regards, Patrick

Hello Robert,
IE have a problem with printing a content of an iFrame as the one the Lightbox is. The only way to print the content of such iFrame is to select the content in the iFrame (in your case the content of the Lightbox) and check the radio button in Print UI "Print selected". This may be an issue in Safari as well. However on FF there is an option in context menu (right mouse click) in iFrame - submenu "This Frame" -> option "Print Frame..." . Also even with direct Ctrl + P command you will be able in FF to print the iFrame.
