I have an issue that is present in both IE 7, 8 and Firefox. The slideshow only displays half of the time. The other half it runs through the preloader and then just displays a white background. I have looked through the boards and I have tried removing the white background, I have set the full path to the image. Nothing helps.

Here is the link

If you click the home button at the top several times you will see the issue. Usually refreshing the page will bring the show back up, but not always.

I have checked the server log for errors and there are none pertaining to the show.

I have also tried moving the javscript files higher in the page and then lower. Now they are in two places but still no luck.

Help!! I am out of ideas.

Hello Jennifer,

We've checked your issue, but there's absolutely no problem with loading the slideshow and displaying it. We've also clicked the "home" several times as you suggested.
We've testet it on IE7, IE8, Firefox 3.0.12, Firefox 3.5, Safari 4.02, Opera 9.64, Seamonkey 1.1.14 with flash player 10.0.22.87
What version of flash player are you using? and is this server local for you or it is a remote one?

PS this is a hiit and miss thing, sometimes it works and sometimes refresh part of the screen and that bit works, but the other one that did work goes white.

So frustrating.
