Hi Raymond,

Try deleting DW cache file - it solves such weirdness.

Clearing the cache did not work.

Could it be some other files corrupted based on DW extension installations.

I want to start using this extension, but it is useless witout that OK button. Please help[?]

Hi Raymond,

Please try this:

1. Uninstall the extension
2. Clear cache
3. Install extension again.

Still not displaying the OK or Delete buttons.

I deleted all extensions and then cleared cache, and reinstalled the Navigation Menu extension,

Still not working.

Any ideas?

Hi Raymond,

Could you try the latest version we just released?

Let me know if you don't see the buttons still. maybe you can provide a screen shot as well?

Greetings,
George

Hi Raymond,

Judging from your screenshot, it looks like the window has not enough room. Can you put your cursor in the Width field, hit Tab and the OK. Does the window close? If so, then the buttons are there but not visible.

Kind regards, Patrick

Patrick--

your analysis is correct. I changed my screen resolution to Less (1024x768 px).

Then I closed the Nav Menu GUI, and subsequently reopened it, and presto, the buttons show up.

The screen is a little distorted, but i can live with it.

Maybe make note and fix in next software revision.
