My Slideshow doesn’t run fluently or takes a long time to load, what can I do about this?
Answer
Make sure you use images that are suited for the web, Progressive jpg is not supported and images that are too large (as well in size as in pixels and megabits) will cause long loading times and slow transitions.

You guys are *very* slow in supporting your product. I send an email to you guys a long time ago about installing the product on DreamWeaver MX and haven't heard anything yet.
Please HELP! I cannot spend that much money and cannot get help from you guys.
Active Slideshow Pro error
Unable to load/parse XML. File: _Slides2.asp?r=0.577638142742217 (status: 0)
This was working fine and for some reason has stopped working returning this error.
Any ideas? This is a dynamic, data-driven slidshow created by following the tutorial and has worked for months.
