Google has announced the date for their latest Android event, which according to the images and wording on the invitation—is expected to be covering Android 3.0 Honeycomb.
The event will take place on February 2nd, which coincidentally is the same day that Rupert Murdoch is planning to officially announce his iPad newspaper—The Daily. And we must say, while there was some intrigue in The Daily around the Gadgetell offices, this Android event has taken the top honors for the day at this point.
Needless to say, Google is promising an hour long event that will kick
off at 10AM on February 2nd and will offer an “in-depth look at
Honeycomb, Android ecosystem news and hands-on demos.”
Live-StreamingLucky for those not attending, Google will be live streaming this event and you can watch it on youtube.com/android.
