How to use:
- Insert the Universal Responsive Design Starter Kit into an empty site
- Use the File > New > Page from template option in order to create a new page from the template
- Edit the content into Editable Regions
When to use:
- Save your time creating a whole website and use the included template files in order to build the home and inner pages of your website
