This week we updated the HTML5 Video Player. Now it has improved video playback on older IE browsers, bettered styling of all video player themes and more. We also have new design kit for you - the Facebook Video Presentation Design Kit. It includes the HTML5 Video Player, three other DMXzone extensions and a template. Use the pack to create great looking Facebook pages and add video presentations/tutorials on them, customize the Template and you are ready to use it on other projects. DMXzone Release
- Facebook Video Presentation Design Kit Released - Create custom tabs for your Facebook page with video content inside. The kit combines four DMXzone extensions and a Template.
DMXzone Update
- HTML5 Video Player Updated - In this version we improved the browser compatibility and more. You can read the rest in the post.
Showcases
- Facebook Video Presentation Showcase - For this showcase we designed a Facebook Fan Page with our Dreamweaver extension of the same name. The video presentation is executed with the HTML5 Video Player and wrapped up in a HTML5 Parallax Slider. The video player and the custom navigation (text links) are placed in the same slider element. The previous and next buttons are connected to the videos through the behavior connector, and the content under the Parallax slider is enhanced with the DMXzone CSS3 Drop Shadows.
- Movie Trailers Showcase - For this showcase we made a simple page and added four video trailers with our HTML5 Video Player. The videos are embeded from Youtube.
- Trailer Showcase - We used our HTML5 Video Player to implement a video on our page which is set to autoplay. We also added some additional information about the movie and below the trailer we put out four images with some of the actors.
