How to use:
- Add Bootstrap 3 to your page
- Switch the Active view to: Extra Small Devices
- Switch to larger devices view and adjust the layout for them
When to use:
- Bootstrap 3 targets smaller devices
first and then expands components and grids (cascades up) for larger
screens
