Close All/Other Files

This adds the ability to close all documents and to close all other document except the current document for Dreamweaver MX.
This fixes a bug in Dreamweaver MX 2004, when you choose Close Other Files, it doesn't update the document tabs and displays an incorrect list of documents.
important: if you are upgrading from a previous version, make a copy of MMint.bak in Startup folder to a temporary folder, then install the new extension, move MMinit.bak to the Startup folder and rename it to MMinit.htm
