drop down menu in Dreamweaver
by khoa nguyen (November 14, 2004)

Hello everybody:

I am working with Dreamweaver MX 2004.  I wanna a build a links that when you have you mouse over,it will have a drop down menu so you can scroll your mouse pointer on each link and go to the page.  I found out that by doing this it will save you as a designer a lot of space and looking cleaner as well.  Please help me out if you know how.  Thanks a whole lot.

Site fails to set up site's testing server
by steve leaper (October 28, 2004)

I am attempting to make a dynamic website for internet www publication. I have installed IIS to my PC and created a site folder in the Inetpub wwwroot folder, defined a DNS, set up a local site folder on my desktop, defined the site in terms of remote and local attributes and created a successful connection to a database held in the wwwroot folder. I can see my db and the fields it contains. But I cannot then bind table cells to db fields because MX claims I have not set up a testing server. I am going nuts trying to sort this out. And I have wasted several days trying.

By the way I am using windows XP.

Any help very much appreciated.

Steve
