same old message 'you must have Fireworks 3 installed to use this extension' despite having all editing set to Fireworks 8 being my primary. Only just bought this plug in and can't use it...

Having installed this extension, I cannot use it because of the problem described by this user, even though I have followed the instructions as below (including restarting DW)

My prefs now show as below

MAC OS 10.4.11

Any suggestions?

Hi all,

I've just test that issue and yes you're right! It's an annoying bug. We'll investigate that further and hope soon will have answer. Can tell you that Active Slideshow works with DW CS3 with no such issue.
