DMXZONE option missing from Dreamweaver menu bar

After installing the DMXZONE Dreamweaver Add-ons, the DMXZONE option does not appear on the menu bar.How do I get the DMXZONE menu to appear?
I am running DW CS4 on a Windows 7 system.

I found that the DMXZONE menu only appears in the Classic view

You are absolutely right with your remark. The DMXzone option can alway be found under the Insert menu.
