I installed the flash html editor for a client who is on a mac and has trouble with the advanced html editor.
Some of her pages of content are pretty long - you have to scroll - and witih the flash editor, i am unable to scroll to edit what is further down on the page.
I can scroll in the <> html view - just not the wyswyg view.

Thanks!

I just installed the latest version 102, and I still can't scroll. The page has a lot of content, and I can only see the top third to edit it, the rest is cut off, and the editor won't scroll to let me view it or edit it.

This is going to be an issue. People who are using these editors to put content up on a web page don't want to be restricted to a certain number of pixels in height for their content. They're going to want the editor to be flexible and adjust to the amount of content on the page.

I am on a mac, using firefox. When I use mozilla, I don't see any content at all. When I use safari, I can see the top third of the content but can't scroll down to edit the middle and bottom of the page.

Thanks!

Did you try the last version of Flash HTML Editor 1.0.3?

Hi George,
I did install the latest version. I still cannot scroll, and I can no longer view the source code either.
I have just tested it, however, on a page that has a lot of content and some of the content is images nested in tables. I don't know if the tables are throwing it off. I will test it later today on a page that does not have tables, but just lots of text and I'll let you know if I fare any better.

I tried it on a couple of pages without tables.
If the text is very simply formatted, without tables or images, the window will scroll and I can update the source code. On pages with tables and images, I am still running into problems. I am unable to update the source code - on some pages I can scroll, on some I can't. I'm not sure what code is throwing things off.

I would love to have a mac friendly text editor - but unless the content is super simple and not at all formatted, this editor isn't quite there yet. Let me know when you've updated it. I'm still hoping you can solve the bugs.

While I'm on the topic, it would be really nice if we could select heading tags/paragraph etc. with this flash editor.

I have included your requests in our bug tracking system. Perhaps, they will be implemented in the future versions of Flash HTML Editor.
