Trying to install this on new windows 10 machine. I just get the spinner, the app never loads. I'm running DWCXC2015, latest version. It worked once, I installed some Webassist extensions. Then it stopped. I've already deleted the 2 hiles from the commands folder and still no app, just the spinner. I've also allow the app through the windows firewall, no app, just the spinner/

We all run Windows 10 and it works fine. Just make sure you have installed the latest DMXzone Extension Manager.

In case of trouble quit the DMXzone Extension Manager and delete this folder:

C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\dmxzone-extension-manager

Then start it again or reinstal.

having the same problem and when looking in the local folder I have 2 folders called dmxzone-extension-manager and DMXzone-extension-manager have uninstalld all dmx - reinstalled, deleted folders, Saw that I hade 2 dreamweaver versions uninstallde one.

Still same problem DMX installed, can se an olad plugin in Dreamweaver but the manager can't start. Simply see an Timeglas icon next to curser.

Having the exact same issue here. I have tried this on 2 separate windows 10 computers. George, followed your directions above and it did not make any difference. I had downloaded and tried the latest extension manager. This is a real pain considering all the money I have spend recently for extensions I can't use yet... please advise!!

FINALLY worked... after doing the delete, reinstall etc multiple times... ugh.
