Thin Table Border (DW3)

This is another verion of my first extension, however this one works with DW3. The only difference that you will notice is the MM colorpicker is no longer on the UI

Due to a small bug in the original .mxi file I am afraid this didn't work In DW3 after all however this is cured now.
