I have an export page setup where if I keep the #of rows below 100 it exports fine but if I try to do all rows I get a blank page.

I have another export page setup where if I try to export all records for a month I run out of memory but if I just do a few days it is not a problem.

Both of these issues are new. They are occurring on pages that have been online for a year or more.

What changed?

Hello Bart,

Can you check if any of the server settings were changed recently or if any update was applied maybe?

It is my own server so I can pretty confidently say no. I was thinking more along the lines that your .js files had changed, creating problems with older extensions. I am having issues with 3 sites now, 1 ASP, 2 PHP, on two different servers.

Can you please tell us what do you mean by:

"the lines that your .js files had changed" ? Have you recently updated the extension? If not then no lines can even be changed.

I have the latest version. I am not sure what version I had when these were created.

I have purchased many extensions since then and often you are changing your common .js files. Occasionally these create compatibility problems so that is what I suspect is the issue here - another extension has changed something in the common files that Universal Export is having a problem with.

I am definitely running into issues where if there are too many records, the process is failing, in both ASP and PHP and on 2 completely separate servers.

This extension is a serverside extension and it is not jquery-latest.pack.js dependable, if that is your question.

If it worked and after that it stopped working, this is a result of something that is changed.

OK. one issue at a time.
PHP export setup as a Behaviour.
Will not export more than 100 rows at at time.
I even recreated the entire page.
What can cause that?

There is a limit to the amount of data that can be exported. It's not necessarily the number of rows. You can check to see if you are bumping up against the limit by deleting some of the fields you are trying to export. I think the limit is around 7 megs.

Hello,

There are no limits set by the extension, it is your server memory that might get full and stops the export process.

Theo, you are missing the point that this formerly worked and it now does not on TWO SEPARATE SERVERS!

It is NOT memory.

Do you have any other suggestions?

Are there limits to the number of characters or columns?
I have yet ANOTHER ASP export issue where I can no longer export records if the query for a range of records based on date starts with a '0'

ie: if I search for records between 09/01/12 and 09/30/12 it will fail, but if I search for records between 9/1/12 and 9/30/12 it will work fine.

Something has changed with this extension.

I was told by a member of your support staff in a chat session that there was a limit. The limits on my server are set very high, but I can only export a file that does not exceed about 7 megs.
