I have a question. I have a folder which contains subfolders. The folder itself does not contain any images but the subfolders do. The File Manager keeps loading endlessly. However if i have an image in the root of the main folder then the subfolders are shown.Any ideas on how to fix this? Replies

Thanks for the reply Vulcho.
Is there any chance I can send the information by email?
I use a CMS system which is not really online for the general public but I can set up a temporary account where you guys could take a look.
I could therin provide all the necessary information that could be required.
Thanks in advance.

Apparantly the error occurred when not going through the motions with uploading. WHen uploading through the filemanager and thus not uploading via FTP there was no problem.
I do however wonder if there is a sorting mechanism that can be utilised. Could this be serverorientated? When i look at the images there doesn't seem to be any logical sorting in place. Take a look at the demopage (www.dendarbyran.se/tezzz.asp) which i shamelessly copied from you guys.

Hello Per.
Probably in The user interface of the extension you entered the path to the sub folder with the images.
If your structure is :
www.yourdomainame.com/rootfolder1/imagesfolder
Please enter in the user interface the path to rootfolder1 in order for "imagesfolder" to be displayed.

I have the same problem. If I try to create two child folders inside a parent folder that I have created in File Manager then the loading icon never stops loading. Having one child folder inside a parent folder is fine.
The second child folder that I was trying to create actually gets created (I can see it on the server) but subsequent attempts to access the child folder are met with the continuously loading icon.
If I put a file into the parent folder then I am able to see the two child folders.
Please can you fix?

Hello Bart.
Can you please download and install the latest version of the
Image Gallery Add-on first. After that reapply the editor with your desired settings.
