Paid for extensions not installing

I have installed the Extension Manager but it has only installed one of the free extensions, but won't install any of the ones I have paid for Everytime I try to install an extension I have bought it is saying Error installing extension! An error occurred while extracting the extension package

Hello,
There is a simple fix - just open the QUEUE tab of DMXzone Extension Manager, remove the extensions from there and install them again.

Are you sure you removed the extensions from the queue?
Please make sure to QUIT and restart the Extension Manager before trying to reinstall them. By quit i mean to right click the icon in the task bar and select Quite Extension Manager (not just close and reopen it)

OK I have done this and gone back to reinstall DMXzone App Connect and in the Queue it is still hanging on 0B of 8.28MB B (0%) Initializing download...
