OK I have looked through the Microsoft site and the Macromedia site and I am getting this Error

Item cannot be found in the collection corresponding to the requested name or ordinal.

any Ideas on what is causing this?

I also recieved this same message. Have you made any changes to your database structure without going thru your page and checking that your form fields were aligning correctly with the db fields ?
