Don't know much about MySQL, I have never actually developed a site using it however here are some sites I bookmarked:
www.mysql.com
hotwired.lycos.com/webmonkey/programming/php/tutorials/tutorial4.html
hotwired.lycos.com/webmonkey/99/21/index2a.html
www.devshed.com/Server_Side/MySQL

The move from Access to SQL Server is not too tricky, many aspects of the Enterprise Manager interface will be familiar to Microsoft product users and there are wizards to walk you through a lot of management operations.

Here are some SQL Server info sites:
www.microsoft.com/sql/default.asp
www.sqlmag.com/
www.sqlservercentral.com/default.asp
www.sqlteam.com/Default.asp

You should also download the SQL Server BOL Documentation:
www.microsoft.com/sql/techinfo/productdoc/2000/books.asp
