I wasn't quite sure where to put this question but figured that UDZone was the place to ask it. If I'm posting to the wrong forum let me know and I will move this somewhere else.

I have a Win2000 development machine with UD, Apache, MySQL, & PHP on it. Working from the default apache httpdoc directory I was successful in testing the configuration by editing a test script in a text editor. This involved feeding records into the database and pulling them back out again. Everything worked fine.

Now I wanted to blend in my development tools in UD. Was able to connect to the database just dandy and everything seemed to be as it should have been until I got to the point I wanted to do a preview page.

At that point Apache returned a generic message that I had a configuration error. Now my guess is that I need some direction in using the development directory (not the default httpdoc directory for Apache) with the Apache server install I have.

Sorry for a long story with a short question. The question is... does anyone know of a example setup or tutorial for using these tools together on a dev machine prior to moving the information on to the web server where it will live? I figured that someone here had this configuration or likely has seen it documented somewhere on the web.
