I'm experiencing a weird hex color inconsistency with DW MX and FW MX. I opened a jpeg in FW MX and I suspect that the image was made in Photoshop. Anyway, I cropped it and used the eyedropper to get the hex color of the image's background.

Opened DW MX, made a new page and set the color of the page to the hex color I got from FW MX. But when I exported the image to the DW page, I can see an obvious color different between the image's background and the page color.

I checked the hue and saturation and their exactly the same. So what's causing this? I had to convert the image to a gif and use a transparency but I obviously can't use this workaround all the time.

Most probably it won't help, but sometimes these changes of colour can be avoided by going to window/optimize and then changing the settings there. But I'm not really sure.
