When im adding the behavior to the page im getting the error:

While executing applyServerBehavior in Pure PHP Upload.htm, the following JavaScript error(s) occurred:

At line 394 of file "....Pure PHP Upload.js":
TypeError:_formName.getValue().getAttribute is not a function.

I have removed and added the extension twice now, and remove the include files from the site, and still getting the error. Any suggestions.

Thanks
Colin

What version of PurePHP Upload is installed? (2.1.3.1 is the latest so far)

What DW version (MX or MX2004)?

OK, I've played around a little and discovered that if you delete the "getAttribute('name')" part of the line, the form name is properly returned - however, when the behavior gets applied, there is another error:

While executing applyServerBehavior in Pure PHP Upload.htm, a Javascript error occurred.

Nice, informative error.
