Flash Detection - XHTML Validation

I tried using the built in DWMX2004 behaviour that detects whether Flash is installed. However, the page now doesn't validate (XHTML).Any suggestions?

I have the same problem. I have produced some simple adverts for a site in Flashmx2004 but when they use the embed tag it will not validate with xhtml.
