I'm trying to fix several CSS background images on different Z-indices in an attempt to create an effect that resembles text scrolling over a background with a black border framing the scrolling text and bckground. I've managed to succesfully fix the lowest layer where the text is visble but the two other layers that will ultimately hide the text are scrolling with the text. If anybody could suggest a solution either by scripting or just applying CSS properties, I would really apreciate it. If this effect just isn't possible, I would like to know so that I can go ahead and change the layout.
