I am having problem with the ADVANCED HTML EDITOR. I have it installed but it doesn't show up in the INSERT menu or anywhere else. when I look in extension manager it is there but it is greyed out. I did some research and that is suppose to be in case an administrator installed the extension for me but I am the only one that uses this computer. now I can't re-install the HTML editor beause it is saying it is already installed and since it is greyed out I can't remove it

how can I manually remove it?
