converting excel to Mysql

Hi, I need to convert my datas on Microsoft Excel to My sql, how do I go about this?
I have a data of about 300 rows in MS excel and i want to convert it all to Mysql
I can use access very well to please any one got a way around it I need an urgent solution.
I really want to use php and my sql around a site i am working on.

If you're using a software for the interface of your mysql then it should have an option to import or data from excel to mysql and mysql to excel.

Thanks for the quick reply,
I use phpmyadmin for my sql, I just thought of a way to convert the excel datas to mysql.
if there is no clear way can you suggest the most likely software I can use?

don't use phpmyadmin that much. I use, Navicat to do all the mysql stuff i need.

I needed the exact same thing, did some looking, and bought a package from Intelligent Converters that did the trick. It's the only one I found that actually DID the job and didn't require a degree from MIT to use.
