I'm not sure what happened to my previous message, it doesn't appear for some reason, so I thought that I'd post again.

I've got the following installed:
Advanced HTML Editor 2.0.5
Smart Image Processor 2.0.4
Pure ASP upload 3 3.0.9

I can add an Advanced HTML Editor to my page, and it works well. However if I click the advanced button to include an image I get the following error messages:

File copy failed! File ../Includes/incPU3.js
Smart Image Processor 1.1.2 or later is required for this option and
The image gallery is not installed

Any idea what the problem might be and a pointer to a possible solution?
