how to keep rollover effect to stay on and then deselect choosing another? (novice)

HiI have a simple menu created with dreamweaver's "insert rollover button", I have also a iframe that I want the content to show up in.
My question is, how do keep the buttons rollover effect to stay on, once press down and then deselects when you choose another menu button with same effect.
sorry, very new... kind of..... just picking things up again
