layout issues in IE7 - navigation shows further down

Can anyone tell me why I am getting "extra space" in my navigation in IE7?Here is the site:

The navigation should not have the light tan area above it.
It looks fine in FF, Chrome and Safari.
Any input is appreciated!

This looks like a CSS issue. You might want to use a CSS hack for IE7.
