Removed DMX DW extensions in Adobe Extension manager but now get errors on open

I removed the DMX Dreamweaver extensions I had in Adobe Extension manager but now I get errors when I open DW.The following JavaScript error(s) occored: Unable to open script file "iMac:Application:Adode Dreamweaver CS6: Configuration: Shared: DMXzone: dmxLightbox: dmxLightbox.lib.js" (error 2).
