Twenty installations?
Question:
Why can I only install the extension 20 times? What if I need to install it after I lost the extension for some reason.
Answer:We authorize 20 installations due to security reasons. If you need to install the extension more than 20 times email us at info@dmxzone.com and we will reset this for you.

I am not sure I understand this part:

Why must we be forced to ask for you to reset the paid for software?
I am happy with putting in the Serial number, Username and password but to be forced to send an email and wait for a response waists my day and who pays for my hours waisted / waiting for you to respond?
I disagree with this idea.
