I have installed the extension in to my project along with Google Maps and Googgle Directions but it does not work could you please check this issue and let me know what to do.

See if the option named "Clear all previous markers first" in Autocomplete is unchecked. If it is checked the marker set on the map is removed thus no end point is available for the route.

Where in Autocomplete is the option "Clear all previous markers first"? Because I looked all over the properties panel and couldn't find it.

In the advanced Options.
