In the process of updating a nivo slider on an older page, I also had to update the lightbox code because of problems that started happening. Anyway, I've got all the code running with the latest code and latest versions of extensions, except I'm still having this issue where IE 11 will not work with lightbox elements on the page.

Here's my page:
www.respondsystems.com/

And here's what shows up in the F12 developer tools when I click on the lightbox elements:

This doesn't occur in the latest stable versions of Firefox or Google Chrome. Just IE 11. Clearly a bug in the lightbox code that needs to be updated.

Hi Steve
I've downloaded the latest jQuery from here:
code.jquery.com/jquery-1.10.2.js
Download this file to your "ScriptLibrary" folder
Rename the original dmxzone-file "jquery-latest.pack.js" to something like "xxx_jquery-latest.pack.js", but don't check the "update links" option.

Now rename the just downloaded file "jquery-1.10.2.js" to "jquery-latest.pack.js". That should be it, for now...

Check your pages, if there are any incompatibilities now, with the new version. On my page everything went just fine...

Hope, that helps.

Greetings

Willi

Willi's solution doesn't work on my pages. So some help from DMXZone on this issue would be appreciated

Hi Jacques

Here is a working example of DMX Lightbox
www.galerie-kersten.de/plugins/kuenstler/kuenstler_results.php

Just open that page with IE11 and cklick on one of the images right below the menu.

I simply replaced the jquery-latest.pack.js file with the 1.10.2 version from jquery.com
You could download and try this file from here:
www.galerie-kersten.de/ScriptLibrary/jquery-latest.pack.js

Make a backup of your original file, though!

tks Willi. It appeared I had both 1.10.1 and 1.10.2 in the page.
Removed the 1.10.1 and now it is working as intended
