I'm using CS6, install the extension but don't found in menu "insert".
Install and install again and nothing!

The extension is meant to be found not in the text menu "Insert" but in the Insert bar, which can be opened if not seen by going to Window text menu and selecting there Insert, or pressing Ctrl+F2 ( on Win OS) or Cmd+F2 (on MacOS).
For more info on how to use the Insert panel check this FAQ.
In Insert Panel there should be a category named DMXzone and there you should be looking for the extension.

I have C5.5 and I have looked in the Insert panel but can't find DMzone catagory.

Please, make sure you have restarted DW after installing the extension.

Of course I restarted DW after the extension was installed.
After installing and uninstalling the extension quite a few times, each time I restarted DW.

But sadly, there was no way to activate it.
