There is an old version of the following file left on your server: <script type="text/javascript" src="ScriptLibrary/jquery-latest.pack.js"></script>
Please make sure tyo upload the whole scriptlibrary manually.

Your pandorashosting.com/test/mowbody/ScriptLibrary/jquery-latest.pack.js file is still an old version.
Please remove this file locally, reapply the sliding billboard and it will place the latest version there. Then upload this file to your server.
