I am doing a fluid designed web site. Can this product be used in a fluid design and re-size properly on each device? If not, is there a gallery product that can be used in fluid design besides HTML 5 slide show?

Unfortunately the animated thumbnail gallery is not the best choice for a responsive design. You can use DMXzone Lightbox and attach it to your thumbnails that have a fluid width.
