Apostrophe's in Song titles and Apple skin volume control

Here are a couple of observations:

If you have an apostrophe in the song title, you must use the html character & # 8 2 1 7 ; (spaces added so that the code shows). Otherwise, in the song title in the "currently playing" window will show up with a backslash (\) in front of the apostrophe. (Probably the way that the javascript is parsed?)

I made a test page and asked for feedback from the readership of one of my web sites. The volume control on the Apple skin is confusing to some users, because it appears to be a slider, but it is really a click bar. Based on this feedback, I altered the skin as seen on this test page.

I see this same behavior in: Firefox 5, Google Chrome 12, IE9, and Safari for Windows 5. Click on track 3 and track 4 and look at the difference in the "currently playing" window. Track 3 uses an ordinary apostrophe in the title, and track 4 uses the html character code. This is not a browser specific issue.
