if I open the web content editor that often times the editor is empty

I still have the problem if I open the web content editor that often times the editor is empty, no content is there. Then I have some time to refresh the page then it is filled again. Have tried it on multiple browsers and computers. Again and again the same Problem.Gibt it a solution?
