Hello - I am trying to insert points of interest/destinations from my own database (lat/long) into GMD directions/route (say, within 1 mile of the route) and can't seem to figure it out. Any ideas how to accomplish this? Looking forward to your thoughts. Thanks!

Hello J P.

You need to display in the directions add-on descriptions for interesting places during the road is that correct ?

Hello Vulcho - Thanks for the reply.

What I need is maybe similar, but i need to display - in the directions - places (ie - businesses) from my own database that are near the route (within a mile or so).

I have a database with buisnesses (latittue, longitude, etc) and want to let a user know if one of those businesses is along their route.

It would be ok to display it as a point of interest along the way, but as a waypoint (stop) along the route might be ok too.

Please let me know if you have more questions. Looking forward to your response. Thanks!
